Aurum Haus
Privacy
This page describes what actually happens to your information, in plain words. Where something is not built yet, it says so. The service is operated by Aurum Genesis LLC, a California limited liability company, which is the party that holds what is described below.
What we store
When you request a booking: your email address, the name you chose to give (optional), what you wrote about the tattoo you want, and the exact consent wording you were shown when you ticked the box. When you use your portal: the photographs you upload, and the prompts and generated images from the Design Lab. When a deposit is involved: the payment state and identifiers from our payment provider — never your card number, which we cannot see.
When you write to us from the site
The contact form on our home page stores what you send: your email address, your name and studio if you gave them, the message itself, the exact consent wording shown beside the button, and the network address the message arrived from. Any files you attach are stored too, and they are kept — they are not deleted after the message is read, and the same honest limit described below applies to them: no code in this system can yet destroy stored bytes. Your message goes to one person, the one who built this; it is not shared with any studio, and no studio account can read it. To have a message and its attachments erased, write to hello@aurum.haus and it will be done by hand.
Who sees what
Your booking goes to the studio you booked with, and to no other studio. A photograph is visible to a studio only after you explicitly share it with that studio, and you can stop showing it at any time.
Studios do not see your email address by default — messages between you and a studio travel through the platform. If you agreed to share your contact details when booking, and the studio's plan includes that feature, the studio can view your contact details; every such view is recorded in an audit log.
Withdrawing a photo — the honest version
Withdrawing a photo hides it from every studio immediately. That part is real, instant, and reversible by you. What withdrawal does not do today is destroy the underlying file: no code in this system is currently able to delete stored bytes. Permanent deletion (with a grace period and notice to any artist working from the photo) is designed but not yet built. If you want something erased now, email us and a person will do it by hand.
The assistant on our home page
When the assistant is offered on aurum.haus, what you type into it and what it answers are stored, so that a question can be passed to a person and so we can see what people actually ask. Your address reaches us only if you use the “have a person reply” control, and then it is used to reply to you and for nothing else. Your IP address is used to count requests against a daily limit; it is never sent to the model provider, and neither is your email address. To have a conversation erased, write to us and say roughly when it was — a person will do it by hand.
Services we rely on
Payments are processed by Stripe. Email is delivered by Resend. Photos are stored with Cloudflare. Design Lab images are generated by fal.ai, which receives the prompt and any reference photos you attach to a generation. The assistant on our home page is answered by a model we run on Microsoft Azure, which receives the conversation text and nothing else about you. The application runs on Microsoft Azure. Each of these processes data on our behalf to provide the service and for no other purpose of ours.
